Sarah Michelle Gellar stepped out for the first time since giving birth to her second child in LA yesterday. She wore a leopard-print top and black boots and carried her daughter, Charlotte, to their waiting car during the outing. SMG gave birth to a boy in September, and while she and husband Freddie Prinze.

Jr didn't announce the baby's name, they did share that Charlotte was "very excited" to be a big sister. The new addition was just one more reason to celebrate after SMG and Freddie marked their 10th wedding anniversary earlier last month.
